The project proposal includes the development of a new mixed-use project featuring residential and retail spaces. Plans for the demolition of nine existing industrial building, spanning an area of approximately 64,800 square feet, a paved parking, outside storage areas, and 57 trees.
Permits have been filed for the residential expansion of an existing building at 4122 17th Street in Corona Heights, San Francisco. The project would expand horizontally and vertically, adding a new unit and renovating the interiors. James Skelton of _EDIT, a San Francisco-based architecture firm, manages the design.

New renderings have been published for Menlo Flats, an eight-story residential infill located at 165 Jefferson Drive in Menlo Park, San Mateo County. The project will replace a single-story office building with housing, offices, public open space, and parking. Greystar is responsible for the application, filing through Menlo Park Flats Venture LLC.
Oakland-based developer and architecture firm oWOW has proposed building 73 new homes at 3403 Piedmont Avenue, less than ten minutes away from Downtown Oakland by AC Transit. Now, the Sawmill Residences have passed an important hurdle in the approval process. The environmental review by Lamphier-Gregory for the California Environmental Quality Act, or CEQA, concluded that the project will not have a significant impact on the area.
