A new residential project has been proposed for development at 1030 Foothill Boulevard in Clinton, Oakland. The project proposal includes the construction of a new four-unit residential building. The project site is currently developed with a quadruplex built in 1910, which is slated for demolition under separate permits. SN Building Design Group is listed as the project applicant.
Progress has been made on the application seeking the approval of a new large-scale residential complex proposed at 8105 Delta Shores Circle in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the construction of 11 multi-family residential buildings offering spaces for 232 residential units. Seattle-based Russell Square Consulting is the project developer. Jackson Square Properties is the project owner upon completion. Dahlin Group is responsible for the designs.
Zoning permits have been filed along with new renderings for the fully affordable project at 10550 International Boulevard in Oakland, Alameda County. The application comes after plans were downsized from 207 to 140 units last year. AMG & Associates is the project applicant and property owner.
Renovation and remodeling work has been proposed for a residence at 701 Buena Vista Avenue in Haight Ashbury, San Francisco. The project proposal includes vertical expansion of an existing residence along with developing a two-car garage. The residence was constructed in 1914. Gast Architects is responsible for the project.
Berkeley’s Landmark Preservation Commission has voted to protect the United Artists Theater’s facade at 2274 Shattuck Avenue but not the rest of the structure. The decision will be reviewed by the City Council in a public meeting next Tuesday. After that, the developer, Panoramic Interests, is expected to have a clear pathway to start construction for the 227-unit tower once funding is secured.
