A new mixed-use affordable housing project has been proposed for development at 805 R Street in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the construction of a new five-story mixed-use building offering spaces for low-income residential units, parking, and office spaces. The project will redevelop a former State of California storage warehouse. Mutual Housing California and the Capitol Area Development Authority are the project developers.

The San Francisco Planning Department is scheduled to review an updated development agreement with Prado Group and SKS Partners for the residential redevelopment of 3333 California Street in Laurel Heights. The developer hopes to replace the former UCSF campus with 744 homes, retail, and public open space. The most significant change to the 2019-approved agreement is the potential for a new financing plan.

Crews with Guzman Construction and Suffolk Construction have finished installing most facade panels and can be seen making progress for the interiors of the future 221-unit apartment complex. Meeting Wednesday For Affordable Housing in West Oakland BART Redevelopment

The team closed on a construction loan from the Beverly Hills-based Kennedy Wilson.

The project aims to replace a gas station and single-story commercial building with retail and nearly four hundred rental apartments. N17 is responsible for the application and filing on behalf of the property owner, Allrise Capital.
