Renderings Revealed for 906 Monroe Street, Santa Clara

Development plans have been published for a new mixed-use development at 906 Monroe Street in downtown Santa Clara. The project proposal includes constructing a residence with restaurant and retail spaces. The project requires General Plan Amendment and Rezoning to Planned Development (PD). Lamb Partners LLC is the property owner. Salvatore Caruso Design Corporation (SCDC) is the permit applicant and is managing the design concept and construction.

Updated Plan For Moffett Park Specific Plan, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara County

The Sunnyvale Planning Commission has reviewed updated plans for the Moffett Park Specific Plan. The proposal could bring between 16,000 to 20,000 new residential units and millions of square feet of new office space to 1,156 acres beside the Moffett Federal Airfield and Moffett Field golf course. The proposal would impact land primarily owned by Google, Jay Paul Co., and Lockheed Martin.

Friendship House, the project lead, describes The Village as a unique urban proposal, an inter-tribal community coalition center for Native organizations and groups serving the city’s Indigenous population.

Steel Rises & Roads Visible in Phase One of Mission Rock, San Francisco

Construction has started for Phase One of the Mission Rock development in Mission Bay, San Francisco. The land has been graded with foundations for the road network already visible and the steel superstructure for The Canyon on Parcel A rising over 3rd Street. Phase One includes two residential buildings, two offices, and the waterfront China Basin Park. Tishman Speyer is responsible for the development in partnership with the city’s major league baseball team, The Giants, and the Port of San Francisco.
