New Plans Summited to San Ramon Architectural Review Board for The Orchards Development Project

The Sunset Development Company has submitted a new layout and design plans for The Orchards Development Project, formally called Chevron Park in San Ramon. Initial Proposals for redeveloping the site were first brought in 2023, but the new plans are modified and more detailed. Plans include layouts for three districts as part of the development area along Bollinger Canyon Road in San Ramon.

Zoning Worksheet Filed for Office to Residential Conversion in North Oakland

A small office building at 6355 Telegraph Avenue in the Bushrod neighborhood of North Oakland has filed initial paperwork for a partial conversion to residential apartments. The preliminary designs brought by Earthquake and Structures, INC, call for the conversion of the upper two levels into six residential units, leaving the lower floor as the original office spaces.

El Camino Health Mixed Use Project Breaks Ground in Sunnyvale

Last week the new development project at 1027-1035 El Camino Real in Sunnyvale held a groundbreaking ceremony, with construction beginning soon after. Developer PMB partnered with El Camino Health in the proposal of the new mixed used development, including a 4-story convalescent hospital and an adjacent 6-story senior housing facility. Designs were provided by Material Design Architects and WATG architecture firms.
