A new mixed-use commercial building has been proposed for development at 400 Mill Street in West Sacramento. The project proposal includes the construction of eight building offering spaces for office and life sciences uses.
Construction has topped out with facade installation nearly complete for the 39-story mixed-use tower at 1900 Broadway in Downtown Oakland, Alameda County. An official ceremony was held yesterday morning, attended by the project team and construction workers. Behring Companies is the project developer, with Suffolk as the general contractor.
Increased plans have been filed for a six-story mixed-use infill at 2712 Telegraph Avenue in South Berkeley, Alameda County. The plans have increased since its initial filing last year with an additional floor with five more units. A new architect has also been tapped for the development, with Studio KDA now responsible for the design.
The preliminary project assessment application has been filed for a new six-story self-storage building and an affordable housing project at 1700 Egbert Avenue in Bayview, San Francisco. The plans will expand the existing ExtraSpace Storage facilities while adding affordable housing overlooking Williams Avenue and the nearby train tracks. S2 Partners LLC is the project sponsor.
A project review meeting has been requested with plans to renovate the interiors of the San Francisco Armory at 1800 Mission Street in the Mission District. The proposal will leave the historic facade and site use unchanged while adding more equipment infrastructure in the Drill Court venue while creating a dedicated Jazz Club and VIP lounge in the support area. AJ Capital Partners is sponsoring the application.
