The project proposal includes the construction of a building with residential and commercial space. The new development calls for the demolition of two buildings on the site. Stanton Architecture is managing the design concepts and construction.

The development will transform the 11-story department store into a mixed-use building with retail, offices, and apartments overlooking Union Square in San Francisco. Sand Hill Property Company is responsible for the development.
The San Jose City Council unanimously approved plans for massive office development at 280 Woz Way on the outskirts of the Downtown high-rise core. The proposal will see two new complementary office towers along the street named after Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak. Cupertino-based KT Urban is the project developer.
One Post Street is tied as the 26th tallest building in the Bay Area, planned or built. The office tower stands 529 feet above street level in the San Francisco Financial District. The tower had been home to the McKesson Corporation Global Headquarters before the firm moved to Texas in 2019. Brookfield Properties is the building owner, with leasing managed by JLL.
The San Francisco planning commission has approved plans to construct a 13-story group housing complex at 450 O’Farrell Street in San Francisco’s Tenderloin neighborhood. Once complete, the building will include 316 new dwelling units, a new church facility, and ground-level space for a Christian Science Reading room. The project is sponsored by the Fifth Church of Christ, Scientist.
