New renderings have been released for a three-story mixed-use building at 2453 Sacramento Street in the Pacific Heights neighborhood of San Francisco. The project will provide new apartments along with a sizable ground-level retail space. Vera Cort of Cort Properties VC is listed as responsible for the development as the property owner.
New renderings have been released for Westbank’s mixed-use building, Park Habitat at 180 Park Avenue, Downtown San Jose. The illustrations came with the Westbank Campus Website launch, which provides a manifesto to connect the Canadian firm’s five Silicon Valley proposals with their innovative approaches that address climate change and encourage community through urban design. Each of the five projects has a unique goal. With Park Habitat, Westbank worked with Kengo Kuma & Associates to design a building that brings together offices and natural spaces in the city center.
Development permits were submitted seeking the approval of constructing a five-level office building at 130 Townsend Street in South Beach, San Francisco. The project proposal includes a vertical addition to the existing structure featuring retail space on the ground floor and a new building that will allow for a five-level mixed-use building. The addition proposes 34,120 square feet of office space and 2,353 square feet of retail space on the ground floor.
Development permits have been submitted seeking approval for constructing a four-story mixed-use building at 1495 South Winchester Boulevard in David-Rosemary, San Jose. The project proposal includes building forty-six residential units and some retail space. Approximately 4,996 square feet of commercial space is proposed on the ground floor.
Preliminary project assessment permits have been filed to review a seven-story mixed-use development of 955 Sansome Street, located on the Financial District’s border in Telegraph Hill, San Francisco. The proposal will bring offices and an L-shaped footprint for apartments around a fourth-story courtyard. Aralon Properties is sponsoring the development as the property owner, operating through 955 Sansome LLC.
