Lendlease’s planning application for constructing a 333-unit tower at 30 Van Ness Avenue has finally been sent to the city government. The filing calls for 333 new condominiums and five commercial spaces, all in a 520-foot tower in the Hub, SoMa, San Francisco. Australian-based developer Lendlease is responsible for the project.
Permits have been filed for a new mixed-use structure at 401 Colusa Avenue in El Cerrito, Contra Costa County. The development will yield 4,739 square feet total, with 3,934 square feet for a single-family home. The remaining 804 square feet is office space.
A 19-story mixed-use proposal for 1510 Webster Street is heading to Oakland’s Design Review Committee next Wednesday. If approved, the project will add 182 units to a lot currently occupied by a low-slung commercial structure and surface parking in Downtown Oakland. The project is being designed and developed by oWOW through 1510 Webster LLC.
Permits have been filed to expand residential space at 129 Green Street in Jackson Square, San Francisco. The lot sits between Sansome Street and Battery Street. It is within walking distance of downtown San Francisco and the Muni Metro light rail station at Embarcadero and Greenwich Street. Neighborhood highlights include the Coit Tower just five blocks away, and the Exploratorium at Pier 15, three blocks east.
Superstructure work is nearing its peak at 30 Otis Street, a 26-story mixed-use tower at the far northwest edge of SoMa, San Francisco. The building will yield 418 rental units at a six-way intersection that has become a new nexus of high-rise residential development outside of the East Cut. Align Development is responsible for the project.
