The 605-foot tall project rises from Block 5 in the transformative San Francisco Transbay development plan. Goettsch Partners in collaboration with Solomon Cordwell Buenz, is responsible for the sky deck-covered skyscraper design.

New plans have been filed following an existing proposal at 960 Howard Street in SoMa, San Francisco. oWOW has filed to construct a 14-story mixed-use infill with a mass-timber superstructure instead of a three-story office project. Demolition work has already been completed on-site, preserving the facade of the former industrial building.

The project would demolish the dozen low-slung industrial structures nearby a residential neighborhood, large shops, and the San Bruno BART Station, San Mateo County.
