Adobe North Tower Rises at 333 West San Fernando Street, Downtown San Jose

The Adobe North Tower at 333 West San Fernando Street is on pace to top out by the early half of 2021, with the reinforced concrete currently eight floors high and ten remainings. Adobe is the owner of the development, with Gensler in charge of the design.

Permits Filed for NUVO Artisan Square development at 5301 East Commerce Way, Natomas, Sacramento

New planning permits have been filed for the construction of multiple buildings at the NUVO Artisan Square development, located at 5301 East Commerce Way in North Natomas, Sacramento. According to city planning documents, the project is expected to bring 314 residential units and a shared amenities clubhouse to the suburban area north of the city center. Watt Communities is responsible for the property as the developer and owner.

New renderings have been revealed for the seven-story residential building at 98 Pennsylvania Avenue in Potrero Hill, San Francisco. The updated proposal increases the residential filing from its initial proposal of 48 units up to 79 units. California’s State Density Bonus is responsible for the increase, with twelve units to be sold as affordable housing. Harty & Harty Properties is responsible for the development as the property owner.
