Superstructure work is nearing its peak at 30 Otis Street, a 26-story mixed-use tower at the far northwest edge of SoMa, San Francisco. The building will yield 418 rental units at a six-way intersection that has become a new nexus of high-rise residential development outside of the East Cut. SOM-Designed One Steuart Lane Tops Out, SoMa, San Francisco

The SOM-designed One Steuart Street has reached its 220-foot pinnacle, looking over the Embarcadero. Located in the East Cut portion of SoMa, the new residential tower plans to offer unique listings for the ultra-wealthy who might otherwise look for single-family houses in the city’s outskirts. Now that construction has topped out, the project is fast approaching completion and occupancy.

2200 Calle De Luna applies for Permits, Tasman East Specific Plan, Santa Clara

Permits have finally been filed for three twelve-story towers at 2200 Calle De Luna, in Tasman East, Santa Clara. This development is the first in a series of projects from the city’s Tasman East Specific Plan. City plans aim to transform 45 acres of a low-rise industrial neighborhood to be a high-density residential and office district with proximity to light rail and the Levi’s Stadium. Holland Partners Group is responsible for the development of 2200 Calle De Luna.
