San Francisco-based Strada Investment Group is responsible for the application.
Development permits have been approved for a seven-story residential infill at 707 Washington Street in Downtown Oakland, Alameda County. The project will bring 38 new apartments to the corner lot. Turner Development Resource Group is responsible for the application.
Preliminary permits have been filed for a small residential project at 249 Mississippi Street in Potrero Hill, San Francisco. The plans would replace a single-family house with two units with a contemporary design. Local resident Angela Ying is the property owner.

The project will bring new housing to the backyard of an existing apartment complex near the island’s center. San Francisco-based individual Doctor Maya Eydelman, C.O., is listed as the property owner.
Preliminary plans have been filed for a residential infill at 3300 Geary Boulevard in San Francisco’s Laurel Heights neighborhood. The project will replace the fire-gutted former home of the dim sum restaurant Hong Kong Lounge II with a seven-story complex with housing and retail. San Jose-based Jeffery Fu is responsible for the application and filing through Five Stars Investment LLC.
