Plans are moving through the city for the life sciences proposal at 200 Kansas Street in San Francisco. The application was approved for a streamlined environmental review process by the planning department in November of last year, and the filing has been under review ever since. The project is a joint venture with Kinship Capital and Presidio Bay Ventures.
New illustrations have been revealed for a housing project at 2127 Dwight Way in Downtown Berkeley, Alameda County. The six-story project will create 58 new homes while retaining eight units in two existing buildings. Riaz Capital is the project applicant.
Plans have been filed for a new three-story residential infill at 1300 C Street in Mansion Flats, Sacramento. The proposal will replace a vacant retail structure and surface parking with 126 apartments. SKK Development is the project applicant.
Updated plans have been filed for the 17-story mixed-use infill at 450 O’Farrell Street in the Tenderloin, San Francisco. The proposal has been adjusted since an appeal was upheld by the Board of Supervisors in late 2021. Forge Development Partners, the project applicant, has replaced the micro-unit style housing at the center of the appeal for traditional apartments and raised the project by four floors.
Development permits have been filed for the final phase of Baywalk, a master plan to replace the former Pittsburg Power Plant with nearly two thousand homes, a hotel, and public open space along the Contra Costa County coastline. The development will cover just a fifth of the 1,047-acre bayside property. Integral Communities is responsible for the project.
