New building permits have been filed for the affordable housing plan at 240 Van Ness Avenue in the Civic Center, San Francisco. The address is across from City Hall at the corner of Grove Street and Van Ness. Once complete, it will add 109 units and ground-level retail for the highly-trafficked street corner. Mercy Housing is the project developer.
Facebook and Signature Development Group have announced that they have submitted newly detailed planning documents for their proposed mixed-use district dubbed Willow Village in Menlo Park, San Mateo County. The proposal will cover nearly 60 acres with a mixture of housing, office space, retail, and public parks. Two phases of construction will yield over 3.3 million square feet of built area. OMA, one of the most influential architecture firms still active, is responsible for the design.

The project will bring sixty-three residential units and 10,560 square feet of light industrial use. Align Real Estate is responsible for the development.
Planning documents are currently under review for a mixed-use development at 701 Harrison Street in SoMa, San Francisco. The 100-foot structure will bring just under 50,000 square feet of office space along with 8,540 square feet of retail. Aralon Properties is responsible for the project as the property owner.
Renderings have been revealed for a new four-story single-family building at 3669 21st Street in Noe Valley, San Francisco. The proposal will be a luxury addition to the abandoned parcel, with design from the same architecture firm behind one of the most expensive homes ever sold in the city. An additional dwelling unit, or ADU, will be included on the first level. PBC Holding LLC is responsible for the development as the property owner.
