Development Plans for 3035 El Camino Real, Santa Clara

Development plans have been approved for the low-density apartment construction of 48 units at 3035 El Camino Real near Koreatown in Santa Clara. The project will add 48 units across four three-to-four story structures, adding a minor but significant contribution along the commercial thoroughfare of a suburban area. The Los Gatos-based Hayden Land Company is the project developer.

$52 Million Secured for Maclac Building Redevelopment in Mission District, San Francisco

CBRE has secured $52 million of funding for the Comstock Realty Partners and the Dune Real Estate Partners to redevelop the five-structure Maclac Building site in the Mission District of San Francisco. The project includes 192-198 Utah Street and 151-191 Potrero Avenue. Adaptive reuse and new construction will soon transform the site for state-of-the-art light industrial uses in an industrial corner of the city.

Moderate Increased Density for Villa Oakland at 2116 Brush Street, West Oakland

New permits have been filed to revise plans for 2116 Brush Street in Ralph Bunche, West Oakland. The mixed-use proposal will now create 105 apartments, up from earlier plans to build 95 units as per our last coverage. Residents will find themselves just across from Interstate 980. The 19th Street BART Station is less than fifteen minutes away by foot. Oakbrook Partners is responsible for the development, dubbed Villa Oakland.
