New renderings have been revealed alongside the Draft Environmental Review for 1101-1123 Sutter Street in Polk Gulch, San Francisco. The project will rise 14 stories to create 221 residential units, including affordable housing, on top of retail and child care facilities. 1101 Sutter Affordable, LP is the project sponsor and developer.

Plans are under review to make adaptive reuse of the existing building at 350 San Jose Avenue to more than triple residential capacity. A new application has breathed new life into the years-old plan for a six-story mixed-use building for 650 Divisadero Street in San Francisco’s Alamo Square neighborhood. A transit demand management application has been filed, fulfilling a requirement for approval. The project will add 66 rental units to the housing market, including some affordable units. Divco Group is responsible for the development.
Planning applications have been filed for a new three-block mixed-use development at 200, 211, and 215 North 16th Street, located on the outskirts of Downtown Sacramento within the River District Special Planning District. If built, the project would expand the urban core with 540 new dwelling units and roughly 70,000 square feet of commercial use. Bauen Capital is responsible for the development.
