The San Francisco Planning Department has published the draft environmental review for 2500 Mariposa Street in the Mission District of San Francisco. The proposed project would create 575 dwelling units on top of an expanded transit facility. The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency is sponsoring the development.
New building permits have been filed for a five-story mixed-use building at 1666 7th Street in West Oakland. The proposal, named 7th & Campbell, would create 79 residential units, all to be priced as affordable housing for extremely low-income households, earning between 0-30% of the Area Median Income. Oakland & the World Enterprises is the project sponsor, led by OAW’s CEO and former Black Panther Party chairwoman, Elaine Brown.
The Conditional Use Authorization permit has been filed for a four-story residential building at 3757 21st Street in Noe Valley, San Francisco. The project would replace a two-story single-family house with a four-story residence and an Additional Dwelling Unit, i.e., ADU. Knock Architecture and Design is managing the design and development.
New renderings have been revealed for a three-story residence proposed at 1247 Bosworth Street in San Francisco’s Outer Mission neighborhood. The proposal would contribute to the area’s single-family character despite proximity to the Glen Park BART station. Martinkovic Milford Architects is responsible for the design and development.
New construction permits have been filed for a nine-story group housing project at 468 Turk Street in San Francisco’s Tenderloin neighborhood. The project would create 101 single-room occupancy units. Turk Street LLC is responsible for the development, with Maddern Construction as the contractor.
