Demolition permits have been filed for a single-story McDonalds at 820 Bryant Street, adjacent to the city’s Hall of Justice in SoMa, San Francisco. Permits have been filed to expand the residential 4434 Fulton Street in Central Richmond, San Francisco. The development will add three new accessory dwelling units, or ADUs, by replacing existing garage space, including adding two new doors in place of the garage doors. In total, the project is estimated to cost $185,000. Santos & Urrutia Inc are listed as responsible for the development.
Lendlease’s planning application for constructing a 333-unit tower at 30 Van Ness Avenue has finally been sent to the city government. The filing calls for 333 new condominiums and five commercial spaces, all in a 520-foot tower in the Hub, SoMa, San Francisco. Australian-based developer Lendlease is responsible for the project.
