The proposal is part of the second attempt to renege on their agreement to rebuild the Bay Club’s tennis club. Alexandria Real Estate Equities and TMG Partners are joint developers.
A new rendering has been published for a five-story residential infill at 2 Scripps Drive in Sacramento. The proposal will rise on a narrow lot next to an existing office block and the busy University Village strip mall. HRGA is the project applicant.
Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority has entered a formal lease agreement to construct a ten-story affordable housing project on the vacant lot next to the Berryessa Transit Center in San Jose, Santa Clara County. Affirmed Housing Group is now working to create 195 units of low-income housing for individuals and families within the planned transit-oriented Urban Village.
Pre-application permits have been filed for a four-story affordable housing build at 320 Sheridan Drive in Menlo Park, San Mateo County. The plans will revive a vacant parcel at the end of a cul de sac in a suburban neighborhood with an 85-unit housing community. Alliant Strategic Development is listed as the project developer.
The City of Emeryville is sponsoring an affordable housing development at 5890-6150 Christie Avenue next to Christie Park and close to the city’s Amtrak Station. Later this week, the Planning Commission is scheduled to review plans for the three-structure infill designed by David Baker Architects. EAH Housing is the project’s developer.
