The updated proposal will preserve the historic facade along 2300 Ellsworth Street while increasing unit sizes above. The project, filed by Riaz Capital, is now expecting to create 69 apartments directly across from the UC Berkeley Campus.
A pre-application has been filed for an eight-story mixed-use infill at 8055 Collins Drive by the Coliseum in Oakland, Alameda County. The plans fit in the southern edge of the Coliseum Area Specific Plan, which would convert the sprawling area around the soon-to-close home to the Oakland Athletics into an urban district. Construction Resource Center led by Len Turner is listed as responsible for the application as the property owner.
New plans have been filed for a four-story residential infill at 430 Green Street in North Beach, San Francisco. The plans will replace an existing single-story structure with a two-family apartment building. Ms. Yunzhen Xu is listed as the property owner.
Urban Catalyst is preparing for vertical construction on Keystone, their extended-stay hotel at 495 West San Carlos Street in San Jose by Diridon Station. The eight-story Marriott TowneSuites Hotel is the only of its type under construction in the city, responding to demand from the city’s construction industry, conferences, and concerts. Completion is expected by 2025.
