Three-Story Addition Planned for 739 Bryant Street, SoMa, San Francisco

Renderings have been revealed for a proposed five-story mixed-use building at 739 Bryant Street in SoMa, San Francisco. The project will retain the existing two floors of office space while creating nine new affordable low-income rental units restricted for artists. The documents came with a request for a project review meeting with the city’s planning department. Martinkovic Milford Architects is responsible for the design.

Updated Renderings for Roygbiv Development in Five Wounds, San Jose

Local developer Roygbiv Real Estate has released detailed renderings for 1298 Tripp Avenue. The illustrations focus on the first in three phases of construction that will produce approximately 1,200 new apartments, including affordable housing, in Five Wounds, San Jose. Named Residencias Arrianna, the development aims to create new apartments and public amenities by the future location of the 28th Street Little Portugal BART Station.
