Interior Renovations, New Jazz Club Proposed for San Francisco Armory, Mission District

A project review meeting has been requested with plans to renovate the interiors of the San Francisco Armory at 1800 Mission Street in the Mission District. The proposal will leave the historic facade and site use unchanged while adding more equipment infrastructure in the Drill Court venue while creating a dedicated Jazz Club and VIP lounge in the support area. AJ Capital Partners is sponsoring the application.

Preliminary Review Complete for 46-Story Tower at 636-648 4th Street in SoMa, San Francisco

The SF Planning Department has published initial feedback for the 46-story residential tower proposal at 636-648 4th Street in SoMa, San Francisco. The structure would replace a two-story commercial building a block away from the San Francisco Caltrain Station with 513 new rental homes, slightly reduced from 522 units earlier this year. The document provides the developer, Solbach Property Group, with the first comments from the San Francisco Planning Department about the project features and design before filing an official application.

Construction Financing Secured for Avia Labs in Millbrae, San Mateo County

Less than a week after the official groundbreaking ceremony, JLL announced a $310 million construction loan brokered with Longfellow Real Estate Partners for Avia Labs, located at 210 Adrian Road in Millbrae, San Mateo County. Excavation has already started for what will become the six-story life sciences project across from Millbrae Station. Otera Capital has provided the loan.
