Planning applications for two conjoined seven-story office buildings at 474 Bryant Street and 77 Stillman Street in SoMa have begun the review process for city approval. The development will bring 123,490 square feet to a retail-rich area, nearly three blocks from the Oracle Park baseball stadium. San Francisco-based Aralon Properties is responsible for the development, operating through 474 Bryant LLC.

Early Plans for High-Rise Housing at 1325 East Julian Street, Five Wounds, San Jose

Preliminary planning documents have been submitted to the city for significant mixed-use development at 1325 East Julian Street in the Five Wounds Urban Village of San Jose. Named Via De Camila, the proposal is in the beginning stages, but early documents suggest between seven to eleven buildings with as many as 1,300 residential units. ROYGBIV Real Estate Development is responsible for the project.

Facebook and Signature Release New Renderings of Willow Village, Menlo Park

Facebook and Signature Development Group have announced that they have submitted newly detailed planning documents for their proposed mixed-use district dubbed Willow Village in Menlo Park, San Mateo County. The proposal will cover nearly 60 acres with a mixture of housing, office space, retail, and public parks. Two phases of construction will yield over 3.3 million square feet of built area. OMA, one of the most influential architecture firms still active, is responsible for the design.
