New renderings have been released for a storage building with agriculturally productive landscaping at 2285 Jerrold Avenue, in the northern corner of Bayview, San Francisco. The 65-foot structure will offer nearly 300,000 square feet for commercial and self-storage. The project is owned by Marin County-based Flair Diversified Properties, a company tied to the private real estate investment firm Nestory Park.

Development permits have been approved for the demolition of two units for the construction of the 16-unit townhouse project at 220-228 Carroll Street in Sunnyvale, Santa Clara County. The subdivision is split between three structures, with units ranging in size from 1,280 square feet to four-bedrooms and 2,130 square feet. Terra Holdings is responsible for the proposal through 220 Carroll Street LLC.
New renderings have been released as developers filed preliminary applications for an affordable senior housing development at 2125 Telegraph Avenue, located in the northern portion of Downtown Oakland. The eight-story building will rise beside the 1910-built former home to Oakland’s YMCA. Mercy Housing is responsible for the development.
