New renderings have been revealed for 101 Gull Drive, a proposed life sciences development in South San Francisco’s East Side neighborhood. The proposal will replace a vacant parcel with a seven-story office building and a 4.5-story garage. The San Mateo County development is being sponsored by Michael Sanford, CEO of the US division for CFLD International, a Singapore-based developer focused on industrial projects and new industry cities across the world.
New project profile applications have been filed to renew plans for a residential in-fill at 842 California Street, located between the Chinatown and Nob Hill neighborhoods in San Francisco.
