The proposal retains historic architectural elements from the 1912-built design and expands with two new structures for 24 new homes in Pacific Heights, San Francisco. March Capital Management is sponsoring the project.
New plans have been revealed for an eight-story apartment infill at 40 Airport Boulevard in South San Francisco, San Mateo County. If approved, the two-story industrial building will be replaced with 292 apartments and parking. Blake Griggs Properties is responsible for the development.
Development permits have been approved for a six-story residential infill at 6733 Foothill Boulevard in Oakland. The project would replace a vacant lot with two new buildings with over five hundred affordable homes, with fast-tracking thanks to Senate Bill 35 and 330. AMG & Associates is responsible for the development.
New illustrations have been revealed for an 18-unit residential project at 313-333 Burnett Avenue in Twin Peaks, San Francisco. The two-structure project will rise from a hilly parcel with three floors above street level and six more floors below. EE Weiss Architects is the project architect.
The draft supplemental environmental impact report has been published for the Middlefield Park master plan, a dense mixed-use development with 1,900 new homes and offices planned in Mountain View, Santa Clara County. The document will be available for public comment from now until early June for review by the Mountain View Community Development Department. Google is responsible for the project as the property owner, with Lendlease as the developer and sponsor.
