New building permits have been filed for a four-level residence at 35 Belgrave Avenue, in the Clarendon Heights neighborhood of San Francisco. The proposal would replace an existing single-family dwelling with a larger single-family home and ADU across 8,600 square feet. Adam Forste of Bay Grove is listed as responsible for the development through the 35 Belgrave LLC.
Permits have been filed for seven of ninety-five single-family residences within the Iron Oaks at Alamo Creek development in Danville, Contra Costa County. The project will add a new addition of multi-million dollar units to one of the Tri-valley area’s affluent and low-density-zoned cities. The Toll Brothers will be responsible for the development.
Authorization for the second and final phase for Brannan Square in SoMa, San Francisco, is heading to the city’s planning commission. The second phase will include the construction of 211,600 square feet of office space and 11,050 square feet for retail with light industrial use in one of three planned new buildings. Tishman Speyer is responsible for the development.
Permits for seven single-family houses have been recently filed as part of the Northlake suburban development in Natomas, Sacramento. The units will range in size from 2,100 and 2,360 square feet, with 447 square feet garages, porches, and water-efficient landscaping. Lennar Homes of California Inc. with Integral Communities are responsible for the development.
New development permits have been filed for 6733 Foothill Boulevard in Havenscourt, Oakland. The over 100,000 square foot parcel will add 539 affordable apartments in the mid-rise project beside the Eastmont Town Center shopping mall. AMG & Associates are responsible for the development.
