New information is coming out about the 3.8 million square foot office development planned for 550 East Brokaw in North San Jose. The Bay Area News Group has reported the estimated timeline for development, with plans for construction to last four phases into the next decade. Bay West Development is responsible for the proposal, with architectural design by Gensler.
Pre-application permits have been filed for 26 new single-family units along Keller Avenue in the Oakland Hills. The development, currently addressed as 0 Keller Avenue, would be near existing housing on top of an 883,250 square foot plot of land densely populated with oak trees. Collaborative Design Studio is responsible for the design.
The public review draft has been published by the City of San Jose for 1747 Almaden Road in South San Jose. Rising six stories, the proposed building would add 62 residential units to the Silicon Valley housing market, of which nine will be priced as affordable for moderate-income residents. The residential plan review has been submitted for a two-building townhome development addressed as 916-918 T Street and 2014 10th Street in Downtown Sacramento. The proposal will replace surface parking lots with eight residences for the State Capital housing market. Tomato Alley Infill is the project name. Ellis Architects is responsible for the design.
