A new residential project has been planned at 120 Putnam Street in Bernal Heights, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the development of a three-story single-family residence. Plans call for the demolition of an existing one-story single-family home on the site. AEM is responsible for the design concepts.
Increased plans have been filed for The Hub, the mixed-use tower at 2128 Oxford Street in Downtown Berkeley, Alameda County. The application has nearly doubled in residential capacity while the height has been raised from 17 to 25 floors tall. On top, a rooftop bar and restaurant will offer commanding views of the surrounding region and, potentially, two more similarly-tall buildings. Core Spaces is the developer.
Longfellow Real Estate Partners has submitted the project application for an expansive 84-acre office park modernization project in Redwood City, San Mateo County. The project, named Redwood LIFE: Evolve, will reshape the 1990s-era complex with taller office buildings, minimal surface parking, and a heavy emphasis on landscaping and community amenities. HOK is responsible for the design.

The project proposal includes the development of a six-seven-story high buildings offering affordable residential units. Plans call for the demolition of the existing warehouse on the site. Mutual Housing California and the Capitol Area Development Authority (CADA) are teaming up for the project. Salazar Architects is responsible for the design concepts.
Construction work has officially started for Mission Rock Parcel F, a 23-story residential tower designed by the internationally renowned architecture firm, Studio Gang. The 254-unit project is now set to rise with a distinctive glazed green ceramic facade that complements the neighboring blocks and will stand out in San Francisco’s Mission Bay skyline. Parcel F is the fourth and final tower to rise in phase one of the 28-acre Mission Rock masterplan.
