New building permits have been filed for the three-story mixed-use building at 2513 Irving Street in the Sunset District of San Francisco. The four-story proposal will replace surface parking with eight new apartments. LPAS Architecture + Design is responsible for managing the design and development.
Permits have been filed seeking the approval of a multi-family townhome community located at multiple parcels in Natomas, Sacramento. The project proposal includes the development of ten townhomes located at 3050, 3056, and 3068 Seaspray Walk, 3081, 3075, 3069, 3063, 3063, 3057, and 3051 High Meadow Walk. Beazer Homes LLC is the project developer. Jeffrey DeMure & Associates (JDA Architects) is responsible for the design concepts.
Recent permit activity has renewed focus on Empire Lumber’s mixed-use project for 1260 East Santa Clara Street in Five Wounds, San Jose. The proposal is to create a commercial area capped by over three hundred apartments, near the future 28th Street Little Portugal BART Station. Pacific States Industries Development is responsible for the proposal as project client.
Permits have been filed to construct new three-story housing on the rear of 1514 E Street along Eggplant Alley in Downtown Sacramento. The project would add two new townhome-style houses to the lively Mansion Flats neighborhood. Hausman Architecture is responsible for the design.
The General Plan Referral has been filed for The Related Companies mixed-use tower at 530 Sansome Street, a requirement ahead of a Board of Supervisors’ vote to approve. The proposal would replace Fire Station 13 in San Francisco’s Financial District. Two distinct project variants are being considered for the rest of the tower, to build either a 200-guestroom Equinox hotel with a gym and offices or 256 apartments. The development is a public-private partnership with Related, the San Francisco Bureau of Real Estate, and the San Francisco Fire Department.
