New renderings have been published for the eight-story residential project at 2435 Haste Street in Southside, Berkeley. The plans will bring over three dozen homes to the narrow parcel close to the busy Telegraph Avenue thoroughfare and the UC Berkeley Campus. Studio KDA is the project architect.
Development permits have been accepted seeking the approval of a new residential project proposed for development at 1600 14th Street in Prescott, Oakland. The project proposal includes the construction of a mixed-use building offering two levels of residential use. Romano Welch Architects is responsible for the designs.
Building permits have been issued for the six-story affordable housing infill at 101 East 12th Street next to Lake Merritt in Oakland. The proposal will bring nearly a hundred units to a portion of an undeveloped lot. Oakland-based East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation is the project sponsor.
New renderings have been revealed for a four-story apartment infill at 644 Arguello Boulevard in San Francisco’s Richmond District. The plan will bring a few homes near to Golden Gate Park and the Presidio. Benny McGrath, owner of the Modern Art Construction firm, is the property owner.
The general plan referral has been submitted for a six-story residential proposal at 3260 26th Street in San Francisco’s Mission District. The application is an important step in the planning department’s approval process. Basil Mufarreh and Wayne Mufarreh are the joint property owners.
