Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a multi-family residential project proposed at 1912 Marconi Avenue in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the development of a two-story multi-family apartment building with onsite parking.
Oakland has approved the development permit for a seven-story residential project at 2901 Broadway in Oakland’s Pill Hill neighborhood. The proposal would bring 220 new homes on top of ground-floor retail to the area. Martin Group is the developer.
New building permits have been filed for two five-story residential infills at 961-967 De Haro Street in Potrero Hill, San Francisco. The project would replace a two-unit home with four for-sale condominiums between two buildings. Kennerly Architecture & Planning is responsible for the concept design.

A recent site visit by YIMBY has shown that Adobe North Tower’s facade has been fully installed in a highly-visible location for pedestrians coming from Diridon Station or drivers along Highway 87. 333 West San Fernando Street is the newest tower in Adobe’s downtown San Jose campus. Gensler is the project architect.
