A preliminary application has been filed to construct a new apartment complex at 950 West Julian Street, Garden Alameda, San Jose. The project would bring 300 new units within walking distance of the San Jose Diridon train station, retail, and close to Downtown San Jose. Jemcor Development Partners is responsible for the application.
Timbre Architecture has requested a project review meeting for a small residential development at 801 Rhode Island Street in San Francisco’s Potrero Hill neighborhood. The project would replace two apartments with five new residences, matching the density of many neighboring buildings.
Oakland Planning Commission has approved the revisions proposed for a five-story project at 550 27th Street in Oakland. The project proposal includes the construction of a residential facility, including market-rate and affordable housing units. Accel Equity V, LLC is the project applicant. Humphreys and Partners Architects is responsible for the design concepts and construction.
Construction has started for the 18-story mixed-use apartment complex at 921 Howard Street in SoMa, San Francisco. Once complete, the project will add over two hundred affordable dwelling units and ground-level retail across from the topped-out 5M project. The joint venture with Curtis Development and Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation is responsible for the development.
Construction has started for 220 Park Avenue, a substantial addition to downtown Burlingame in San Mateo County. The development will add new six-story office space and retail next to the planned Town Square project on the former parking lot E. The joint venture of Sares Regis Group and Dostart Development Company is developing for the project.
