Permits have been filed for a new duplex with ADUs at 1317 D Street, located in Sacramento’s Mansion Flats neighborhood. The project will produce four residential units to the city, with three parking spots on site. The development will require splitting an existing lot, a “new cool roof,” and assigning a new address.
Permits have been filed for the new building for 201 Cortland Avenue in Bernal Heights, San Francisco. The corner-plot, overlooking Cortland and Elsie Street, includes dividing the lot and adding residential space. Kennerly Architecture and Planning are responsible for the project.
Permits have been filed to construct a new five-story storage facility at 2390 Mariner Square Driver, Marina Village, overlooking the Jack London Square neighborhood of Oakland. The 72-foot tall structure will yield 110,844 square feet to the Alameda island, though it will likely also appeal to Oakland residents. Banner Real Estate Group is responsible for the development.
Permits have been filed to add density to 2709 Jackson Street in the neighborhood of Pacific Heights, San Francisco. The permit calls for the interior renovation of the structure. The building, which is currently a large single-family home, will be converted to make way for two new residential units. An additional dwelling unit is planned for the building as well, which would bring the unit count of the property up from one single-family residence to three apartment units.
Construction has topped out for the five-story affordable housing project at 3001 24th Street in the Mission District of San Francisco. The project will provide 45 new units for senior citizens in a retail and transit-rich thoroughfare. Mission Neighborhood Centers and Mercy Housing are responsible for the development, after purchasing it from Pepsico nearly twenty-five years ago.
