New renderings have been revealed for a proposed senior living project at 1270 Bush Street, by the LGBTQ+ Polk-Gulch thoroughfare, in Nob Hill San Francisco. The proposal would add 195 new units, of which 42 will offer assisted living care. Paceline Investors is responsible for the project.
A preliminary project review is pending for a new affordable housing development at 2956 International Boulevard in Fruitvale, Oakland. The project proposal includes the construction of a five-story residential complex on a vacant lot. TPC CS Holdings LLC is the property owner. Pacific West Communities, Inc is the project applicant. AO Architects is managing the design concepts and construction.
San Jose City Council is poised to give final approval to construct the 80-acre Downtown West urban development by Google. The proposal would reshape a significant portion of the Diridon Station Area Plan in Downtown San Jose by replacing surface parking and low-density blocks around the SAP Center with a higher density of housing, offices, and retail. The meeting will be held today, starting at 6 PM.
Construction has topped out, and facade installation nearly finished for the 13-story residential building at 830 Eddy Street in San Francisco’s Fillmore District. The building will soon add 137 new apartments, including affordable units, to the city’s housing market. BUILD is responsible for the development.
