Renderings have been revealed for proposed townhouses at 889 Moraga Road in Lafayette, Contra Costa County. The development will replace a single-story commercial structure and surface parking with thirteen new homes, of which two will be priced below market rate. The Griggs Resource Group, a Lafayette-based real estate company, is sponsoring the project through 889 Moraga Road Investors LLC.
Developers have filed the Conditional Use Authorization request, a major step to starting work on 2306-2316 Vicente Street in San Francisco’s Sunset District. The project will demolish a single-story church, divide the lot in two, and create six new homes across two structures. Alemany Properties is responsible for the application.
Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a residential project proposed on Tara Hills Drive in San Pablo. The project proposal includes the development of six new buildings consisting of townhome condominiums. Irvine-based City Ventures Construction Inc is on the project team as a contractor.
ROEM Development Corp has introduced reduced plans 2251 San Ramon Valley Boulevard, a corner lot in the suburban town of San Ramon, Contra Costa County. The Santa Clara-based firm is now proposing to build 60 townhouse units with affordable housing, a decrease from the 169-unit apartment complex first drafted. City staff has deemed the project below the required minimum density.
New project details have been published with plans for 570 Crespi Drive, a block away from the coastline in Pacifica, San Mateo County. The proposal would create three structures with commercial space and 19 new homes, of which three will be affordable. SC Properties, a San Mateo-based firm, is sponsoring the development.
