Once complete, the project will add over two hundred affordable dwelling units and ground-level retail across from the topped-out 5M project. The joint venture with Curtis Development and Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation is responsible for the development.
Construction has started for 220 Park Avenue, a substantial addition to downtown Burlingame in San Mateo County. The development will add new six-story office space and retail next to the planned Town Square project on the former parking lot E. The joint venture of Sares Regis Group and Dostart Development Company is developing for the project.
ermits have been filed for a new single-family residential project proposed at 1901 6th Street in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the construction of a three-story duplex. Tangent Design and Engineering is responsible for the design concepts and construction. Stix Development is listed as the property owner.
Brookfield Properties has published the preliminary master plan for the mixed-use Stonestown Development Project in San Francisco. The proposal would completely redefine the nearly 41-acre site, keeping much of the existing mall while building thousands of apartments, a hotel, additional retail, and a network of pedestrian-oriented open spaces. According to the planning application, Brookfield estimates construction will cost $2 billion.
The proposed 45-53 Third Street mixed-use tower is expected to be tied as the 13th tallest building in the Bay Area. Located in SoMa, San Francisco, the building will be tied with 101 California Street and 50 Fremont Center with a rooftop height 600 feet above street level. The development is being co-sponsored by Hearst and JMA Ventures.
