The plans would replace the three-story Bear Basics clothing store and a single-story retail store with 48 apartments. Kick-Axe Properties is responsible for the application.

The hotel will replace a non-medical office budding on the site. FPG Development Group is the project developer. Menlo Park Hotel Group LLC is the owner. Elevate Architecture Studio is responsible for the designs. Gates + Associates is the landscape architect.
New building permits have been filed for the Sac Bee Townhomes project at 1801 21st Street in Sacramento. The proposal will replace two large surface parking lots with eight multi-unit buildings for a total of 48 homes. Shopoff Realty is overseeing the redevelopment.
Align Real Estate is reportedly in agreement to buy Webster Plaza Safeway grocery store, located across from the Japantown Peace Plaza in San Francisco’s Fillmore District. The developer has signaled plans to transform the large parcel into a mixed-use development with commercial space and housing.
