The architectural review will consider the design of BAR Architects. Walnut Hill Group is the project developer, represented by KASA Partners.
Anton Development Company has filed permits for a three-story affordable workforce housing infill in the heart of the water-surrounded town of Discovery Bay in eastern Contra Costa County. The proposal hopes to bring new housing for moderate-income households across six vacant acres next to the shopping and community center.
A new residential project has been proposed for development at 10857 Linda Vista Drive in Cupertino. The project proposal includes the development of a new townhome community. The project site is currently developed with a three-bedroom single-family residence.
Permits have been filed to entitle Phases 1A and 1B of the RESHAP masterplan within the former Alameda Naval Air Station in north Alameda. This first phase will provide around half of the over three hundred homes expected from the RESHAP master plan. The project is a joint venture led by MidPen Housing and the City of Alameda.

Permits filed earlier this month show the owners have shifted gears, with a project review meeting requested to construct a new home for the convenience store.
