Development permits have been approved for the 92-home proposal at 820 West MacArthur Boulevard in Longfellow, Oakland. The project will merge three lots at the corner of West MacArthur and West Street nearby the MacArthur BART Station and the intersection with I-580 and I-980. Riaz Capital, the project developer, hopes to break ground by May of 2022.
New plans have been drafted for 6201 Bollinger Canyon Road in San Ramon, Contra Costa County. The documents show Related Companies is planning to build a 406-unit building as part of the 4,500-home CityWalk Master Plan led by the Sunset Development Company. The project would create a new auto-centric podium building on vacant land if built.
Development permits have been filed for a residential project at 4421 4th Avenue in Oak Park, Sacramento. The project proposal includes the development of a new three-story apartment building with onsite amenities, patios, and parking. The site is currently developed with a duplex and a detached accessory structure (garage). Plans call for the demolition of the garage to allow for the construction of the multi-unit building. Elk Grove-based Infinity Designs is responsible for the design concepts.
S. Hekemian Group has proposed to replace a surface parking lot with nearly two hundred homes at 600 McAllister Street, at the edge of Civic Center, San Francisco. The proposal, in the works since 2019, has now been approved for a streamlined environmental review process, per section 15183 of the California Environmental Quality Act, i.e., CEQA.
Permits have been filed seeking the approval of a residential project at 2391 Northview Drive in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the development of a multi-unit residence on a vacant parcel. Northview LLC is the property owner.
