New building permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 2435 San Pablo Avenue in the Poets Corner of Southwest Berkeley. The development would provide a group living accommodation totaling 40 sleeping units and a manager’s apartment. Alameda-based Wang Brothers Investments is responsible for the development as the property owner.
