The project proposal includes the development of a tech office campus at 170 Park Center Plaza, featuring retail and office space. Plans call for the demolition of existing buildings and the removal of twenty threes. Jay Paul Company is the project developer. Gensler is responsible for the design concepts and construction.

New building permits have been filed for three townhouse structures to be built at 1834 Worthington Circle as part of Santa Clara’s Agrihood showpiece development. The three buildings will contribute 36 new dwelling units as part of the multi-structure 361-unit project with an acre and a half of agricultural land. The development is a private-public partnership with the City of Santa Clara and Core Companies.
