The developer will be The Danco Group, based in Arcata, Humboldt County with a long portfolio of affordable housing projects across California. The Danco Group president, Dan Johnson, tells SFYIMBY construction is starting next Monday.

An environment impact report has been filed for a project proposed at 640-800 Cesar Chavez Street in Central Waterfront, San Francisco.
