New renderings have just been published for the 12-story apartment infill at 2530 Bancroft Way in Berkeley’s Southside neighborhood. The infill aims to create 110 apartments across from the UC Berkeley campus and close to the city’s busy Telegraph Avenue. Landmark Properties is the project developer.
The State of California has certified the environmental study for Oak Hill Apartments, an affordable housing proposal in San Quentin, Marin County. The decision gives the green light to pursue construction, avoiding the need for local approval from the notoriously anti-housing county staff. Eden Housing and Education Housing Partners are joint developers.

The project proposal includes the construction of eight buildings offering spaces for residential and commercial uses. The project calls for the demolition of all existing buildings located from 37447 through 37467 Fremont Boulevard. City Ventures is the project applicant.
