Construction has topped out for the six-story housing development at 732 El Camino Real in San Bruno, San Mateo County. Once complete, the project will add 134 rental units within walking distance of the city’s Caltrain Station. AMG & Associates is the project developer.

The project will bring twenty for sale apartments next to the South City BART Station, grocery stores, and the El Camino High School campus. Foster City-based resident Kathy Feng is listed as the property owner.

Refined plans have been filed for the Amazon Fulfillment Center at 900 7th Street in San Francisco’s Showplace Square design district. The tech giant’s proposed warehouse will occupy the sprawling six-acre former Recology site. In previous plans, Recology had tried to develop the site in a mixed-use neighborhood with hundreds of homes, offices, and retail space.
