3001 24th Street Opens in Mission District, San Francisco

Casa de la Mision has celebrated the grand opening in San Francisco’s Mission District neighborhood. Casa de la Mission is a five-story affordable housing development at 3001 24th Street. Now open, it has opened 44 new apartments intended to housing formerly-unhoused senior residents of the city. Each resident will be referred through the San Francisco Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing’s Coordinated Entry system.

Orinda’s Wilder Subdivision Nearly Complete, Contra Costa County

New aerial photographs show plots almost entirely filled up after years of construction on the Wilder Subdivision, a new suburb in Orinda, Contra Costa County. It has been half a decade since the first residents moved into Wilder, a suburban project cut out of the former McCosker Ranch. At full build-out, there will be 245 single-family residences with access to communal and public amenities. Brooks Street is the master developer, via Orinda Gateway LLC, responsible for signing and planning with the city.
