Apartments and Demolition Filed for 2450 Natomas Park Drive, South Natomas

New planning permits have been filed for the demolition of the existing Natomas Sports Club gym at 2450 Natomas Park Drive in the South Natomas neighborhood of Sacramento. The complex will be replaced by a new 190-unit apartment community dubbed Sutter Green 2.0 Apartments. These permits follow news released in October that the Sports Club location is permanently closing. Demmon Partners is the project developer.
