New illustrations have been published, along with project details drafted by SmithGroup. Veritas Investments is responsible for the application.
Building permits have been issued for a residential project proposed at 2201 Brush Street in West Oakland. The project proposal includes the development of a five-story building featuring 100% affordable dwelling units and space for commercial use. East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation (EBALDC) is the project applicant. PYATOK is responsible for the design concepts and construction.
The pre-application has been filed for a new eight-story residential infill at 2462 Bancroft Way in Southside, Berkeley. The project will replace an existing vacant commercial structure. Details remain scarce for the project, with just Zengs Berkeley LLC listed as the project owner and applicant.
Construction has topped out for the seven-story residential infill at 412 Madison Street in Jack London Square, Oakland. The project will create 157 new homes in the city’s waterfront neighborhood. Swenson and Grubb Properties are responsible for the development.
