The project is set to replace a small two-story structure with 27 new rental apartments. Prestige Milling Investment is listed as responsible for the project as the property owner.
Permits have been submitted seeking the approval of new construction at 95 Banks Street in Bernal Heights, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the construction of a new single-family residence on a vacant lot. David Brockhurst is managing the design concepts and construction of the residence.
New building permits have been filed for the 14-story mixed-use development at 1101-1123 Sutter Street in Polk Gulch, San Francisco. The permits call for 201 new units to be built, which would provide the most housing of four options considered by the Historic Preservation Commission in early February. The Martin Building Company is responsible for the development through 1101 Sutter Affordable LP.

The five-story construction, formerly addressed as 2500 16th Street, will create 51 new apartments to the retail-rich thoroughfare, along with a full ground level of retail. This application shows two fewer units than when development permits were filed in December last year. Williams + Paddon will be responsible for the architecture.
