Construction has topped out for the apartment infill at One Adrian Court in Burlingame, San Mateo County. The project will create 265 new homes within walking distance of the Millbrae BART and Caltrain station. SummerHill Apartments is the project developer.
New renderings have been revealed for a research & laboratory building at 2741 16th Street in the Mission District, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the addition of a single-story to the existing building on the site. The scope of work includes the conversion of the the existing PDR building’s office use to laboratory use.
Amended plans will be reviewed for 98 Franklin Street during the San Francisco Planning Commission Hearing this Thursday. The alterations were first revealed in mid-November with an additional floor, higher rooftop, and increased residential capacity from 345 to 385 units in The Hub. Affordable housing needs have also been shifted offsite to Parcel K in Hayes Valley and 600 Van Ness Avenue. Related and the French American International School are jointly responsible for the project.
Building permits have been filed to partially demolish the existing burnt-out structure at 659 Union Street, also known as the Verdi Building, in North Beach, San Francisco. Crews will remove a 50-foot section of the brick wall at the rear of the structure ahead of construction plans, including restoration of much of the fire-damaged brick facade, new housing, and retail. Red Bridge Partners is responsible for the development.
A new residential project has taken shape and form at 3411 Adeline Street in Ashby Avenue in Berkeley. The project proposal includes the construction of a new six-unit multifamily residential building. The site housed a four-story residential building. Previously, different permits were filed in order to approve some alterations. BBG Real Estate Services is the project applicant.
