New renderings have been revealed for a six-story residential infill at 1298 Potrero Avenue in San Francisco’s Mission District. The project will replace a 0.06-acre site with a commercial structure and surface parking with nine new homes. De Quesada Architects is responsible for the design.
Renderings have been published alongside a new planning application for a five-story Element brand hotel at 2200 Stockton Boulevard in Med Center, Sacramento. The project will create a 151-key hotel managed by Marriott across from the UC Davis Medical Health Center, as well as expansion plans for Aggie Square. Leeland Properties is the project client.
Permits Have been filed seeking the approval of a residential project at 679 El Camino Avenue in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the development of a new duplex apartment to replace the existing building that was destroyed a couple of years ago.
Plans are under review for The Gateway, a proposal for two mixed-use structures on opposing sides of Stockton Boulevard in Oak Park, Sacramento. The proposal will create 228 new homes with ground-level retail and amenities just south of the UC Davis Medical Health Center and plans for Aggie Square.
